Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Coaching is coaching for individuals and their families with mild traumatic brain injuries. We work with TBI clients with various challenges such as memory problems, anger, irritability, comprehension, confusion, as well as many other challenges that affect not only the personal but professional areas of their lives.

TBI Accommodations are offered to clients recovering from a TBI by Coaches and Consultants to build a quality support system based on their learning and communication requirements.

Career coaching programs

Our Career Coaching programs are created by Certified Professional Coaches proven to provide optimum guidance and support on your journey. During your consultation, we will create a customized plan for your needs using your selected program which is configured based on your specific situation and what you want to get out of our time together.

Missed sessions

Coaching and consulting sessions are non-refundable. Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled. We highly recommend that you reschedule your upcoming session the moment a conflict arises.

We will consider special cases based on emergent scenarios only

Rescheduling Sessions

Sessions can only be rescheduled within the current week as sessions are non-transferable to other months.

Money Back Guarantee & Refund Policy

  • Our Promise

    If you do not secure your dream job or a higher-paying position, as defined at the beginning of your coaching journey, within 6 months of completing our 90-day one-on-one career coaching program, we will refund your money.

  • Refund Process

    If you meet all guidelines and do not achieve the desired outcomes within 6 months, submit a written refund request. Include all relevant documentation and evidence of your participation and job search efforts.

  • No Refunds on Other Services

    Please note that our Money Back Guarantee applies exclusively to our one-on-one career coaching programs. Other services, including KonnectEd, KonnecTion Network, group coaching, workshops, and webinars, are not eligible for refunds.

  • Exclusions

    The guarantee does not apply if you do not fully participate or cooperate in the coaching process. External factors beyond Konnect Services' control, such as economic downturns or personal career path changes, are not covered.

How it Works

  • Full Participation Required

    Actively participate in all scheduled coaching sessions. Complete all assignments and tasks given by your coach on time.

  • Program Duration

    The guarantee applies to our 90-day one-on-one career coaching programs. The 6-month period to achieve your job goals starts after completing the 90-day program.

  • Documenting Your Job Search

    Keep a detailed record of all job applications, interviews, and follow-ups. Provide evidence of your active job search efforts.

  • Clear Goal Setting

    Define your dream job or desired higher-paying position at the program's start in consultation with your coach. Ensure these goals are realistic and aligned with industry standards and your qualifications.

  • Regular Feedback

    Update your coach regularly on your job search progress. Communicate any challenges promptly to receive additional support or adjust strategies.
